Canvas Bags Discontinued, Mint Changes to Synthetic Bags
For almost a century, the U.S. Mint used large canvas bags to transport coins from the Mint facilities. Now, the Mint employs one-time use synthetic bags… and the classic canvas bags are a thing of the past. A few bags remained in storage during the transition, and the last of these bags are now available through this special offer.
